Right of withdrawal
You have the right to cancel this contract within fourteen days without giving a reason
to revoke.
The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a person you
named third party who is not the carrier has taken possession of the goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us

by means of a clear declaration (e.g. a letter sent by post or email)
about your decision to withdraw from this contract. To do that you can
use the attached withdrawal form, but this is not mandatory.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to notify us of the exercise
of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Consequences of the withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will have to return all the payments that we have
received from you, excluding delivery costs, immediately and at the latest within fourteen
days from the day on which the notification of your revocation of this contract
has been received by us. We use the same means of payment for this repayment
that you used in the original transaction unless it was expressly agreed with you otherwise;
in no case will you be charged any fees because of this repayment. We can refuse the repayment
until we get the goods back or until you have provided evidence that you have returned the goods,
whichever is earlier.
You have to return the goods immediately, and in any case no later than fourteen days from the day
on which you inform us about the revocation of this contract, to us – Camas GmbH,
Am Förderturm 10 – 12, 44575 Castrop-Rauxel. The deadline is met
if you send the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired.
You bear the direct costs of returning the goods. You have to pay for any
loss of value of the goods only if this loss of value is due to handling the goods in a way
not necessary to examine their condition and correct functioning.
