After welding, the double stick mat 8/6/8 is hot-dip galvanized in an immersion bath in accordance with DIN EN 1461 and, because of its wire thickness, is particularly popular in the industrial sector. Thanks to hot-dip galvanizing, corrosion is a thing of the past. We also work exclusively with well-known surface finishers. In contrast to the double stick mat DV, this variant is fully galvanized. Due to the thick zinc layer, the surface might partially have zinc tears. These are a quality feature of high-quality galvanizing. Longevity and stability come first.
Our double stick mats are manufactured with an overhang of 30 mm. For safety reasons, it is installed pointing downwards up to a height of 1630 mm.
